These terms cover the autom8.works website and the Autom8 product. Using either one means you agree to them.

1. The service

Autom8 is the WhatsApp Business API product for a retail or food-product brand. A customer orders in chat. The brand packs, ships, and invoices from that order. Connections that are part of the product are listed on the Connections page, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Razorpay, PhonePe, Shiprocket, Zoho Books, Tally, IndiaMART, Justdial, and an order webhook.

2. The plan

Prices, the founding cohort, and quarterly, half-yearly, and annual billing are on the Pricing page. Our 14-day refund covers the plan fee. Meta bills message charges to you on your own WhatsApp Business account, at Meta’s published rate. We do not collect those charges, and they sit outside the refund. Prices on that page exclude 18% GST.

3. Your WhatsApp number and your tools

You keep your own WhatsApp Business account, and you keep any store, payment, courier, or books account you connect. You follow those providers’ terms, including Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy. Autom8 does not control outages, API changes, or suspensions on Meta, Shopify, WooCommerce, Razorpay, PhonePe, Shiprocket, Zoho, IndiaMART, Justdial, or a webhook destination you choose.

4. Acceptable use

  • Give accurate business details.
  • Send WhatsApp messages only with a lawful basis, including an approved template where Meta requires one.
  • Do not use Autom8 for spam, scraped contact lists, or any unlawful purpose.
  • Keep API tokens, webhook secrets, and staff logins confidential.

Spam or a breach of Meta’s policies can end the account.

5. Intellectual property

The site, the product, and the Autom8 name belong to Autom8 Works unless a separate contract says otherwise. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for your business while the plan is paid. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the product.

6. Data

Customer and order data is handled under the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum. For that data, your business is the controller and Autom8 Works is the processor.

7. Availability

The website and the product are provided as available. We work to keep orders flowing. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Liability

To the extent Indian law allows, Autom8 Works is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from use of the site or the product, including loss caused by a third-party platform named in these terms.

9. Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, have exclusive jurisdiction.
