Do I need a call before I sign up?
No. You can start from the starter pack page. A 15-minute walkthrough is there if you want one.
Is packing a higher plan?
No. Packing is on this plan. People who only pack and ship are not charged as extra users.
Who pays Meta for the messages?
You do, directly. You add a payment method to your own WhatsApp Business account with Meta, and Meta bills you for template messages at its published India rate. We charge only the plan fee and add nothing to Meta’s charges. Replies inside an open customer chat follow Meta’s own service-window rules.
What if I pay quarterly, half-yearly, or annually?
You pay the whole term up front. Quarterly is 5% off three months, half-yearly is 10% off six months, annual is 15% off twelve months. The total is then rounded down to the previous hundred. On a ₹699 founding rate that is ₹1,900, ₹3,700, and ₹7,100 before GST.
Why 50 numbers, not 100?
This cohort includes founder onboarding. Fifty is the number we can actually sit with before 15 November 2026. After that, or after 50 numbers, the price is ₹999 a month.
Does it work with Shopify and WooCommerce?
Yes. The catalog can sync in, and a paid WhatsApp order can be written back to the store. IndiaMART, Justdial, Razorpay, PhonePe, Shiprocket, Zoho Books, and Tally connect inside Autom8 too. See Connections.
What about other tools?
Autom8 posts paid, fulfilled, and cancelled orders to a URL you paste into Pabbly, Zapier, Integrately, or viaSocket. Those tools reach the rest of their catalogs. Autom8 does not ship two thousand native connectors.
What is the refund?
Our 14-day refund covers the plan fee. Meta’s charges are billed by Meta, so they sit outside it.
