Quote a Shiprocket courier on the packing order and send the tracking link back to the same chat.
The packing screen can request a Shiprocket quote and store tracking on the order. The tracking link goes back to the same WhatsApp thread the customer ordered in.
Courier charges are the courier’s. They are separate from Meta’s message charges. Meta bills those messages to you directly.
