Razorpay in the WhatsApp thread
Send a Razorpay payment link in the WhatsApp thread and mark the order paid when it succeeds.
The customer pays from a Razorpay link in the chat. When the payment succeeds, the order is marked paid. That payment is your customer’s payment for the goods, not the Autom8 plan fee.
The plan fee is separate, and Meta bills template messages to you directly. We add nothing to those charges.
