What you pay Meta
You pay Meta directly. You add a payment method to your own WhatsApp Business account with Meta, and Meta bills you for template messages at its published India rate. We charge only the plan fee and add nothing to Meta’s charges. Our 14-day refund covers the plan fee. Meta’s charges are billed by Meta, so they sit outside it.
As of 1 October 2026, Meta’s India list rate is ₹0.115 per delivered utility message and ₹0.8631 per delivered marketing message, before GST. The first 1,000 service messages on a number each month are free; after that, service messages are ₹0.115. Check Meta’s rate card before you rely on these figures. They can change.
Example: 1,000 orders a month, three utility templates each (paid, packed, shipped) is 3,000 utility messages. At ₹0.115 the brand pays about ₹345 to Meta, billed by Meta to the brand, on top of our plan fee.

Questions
Do packers count as extra users?
No. People who only pack and ship are not charged as seats.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in on monthly. Term plans are paid up front.
Can I try before paying?
Message the demo number and run a sample order, or book a 15-minute walkthrough. The plan fee is refundable for 14 days.
Why only 50 numbers?
This cohort includes founder onboarding. Fifty is the number we can sit with before 15 November 2026.
