What you need from Meta
A phone number you control, a Meta Business account, and a display name Meta approves. The paid, packed, and shipped updates are utility templates. Meta has to approve them before they send. Founder onboarding for this cohort walks through that with you. Most of the wait is Meta’s review, not a second install.
Go-live
- Connect the number and the catalog, or sync Shopify or WooCommerce
- Add Razorpay or PhonePe, and Shiprocket if you courier
- Submit the three utility templates and wait for Meta
- Run one sample order on the packing screen before you tell customers
Drafts for the paid, packed, shipped, and payment-reminder messages are on the templates page. Meta still has to approve them.
Packing staff use that screen. They are not sold as extra chat seats.
