Meta bills you directly: what it means for your WhatsApp costs
Two separate bills: our plan fee, and Meta’s message charges on your own account.
Autom8 charges one thing: the plan fee. Meta bills the messages directly to you, through the payment method on your own WhatsApp Business account. We never collect, hold or add to Meta’s charges.
The founding plan fee is ₹699 per WhatsApp number per month before GST. Utility templates at the 1 October 2026 list rate used here are ₹0.115 each. Marketing messages are ₹0.8631 each. A brand shipping 1,000 orders and sending three utility templates per order pays about ₹345 to Meta, billed by Meta to the brand, on top of our plan fee.
Other providers publish their own rate cards. On 7 October 2026, Interakt’s pricing page listed India utility at ₹0.140 and ₹0.150, and AiSensy’s update listed ₹0.145. Read their pages again before you compare. Rates change.
Our 14-day refund covers the plan fee. Meta’s charges are billed by Meta, so they sit outside it.
