Before you get started

Have these ready before filling the onboarding form — it takes about 5 minutes to complete.

Dedicated Phone Number Required
A phone number not currently active on personal WhatsApp. This becomes your restaurant's WhatsApp Business number.

Restaurant Details Required
Restaurant name, city, cuisine type, and preferred kitchen workflow (KOT / KDS).

Menu / Item List Required
Items with names, descriptions, and prices. CSV or PDF works fine.

POS System Access Optional
Petpooja or compatible POS credentials for direct sync. Can be added after onboarding.

Setting up your Meta / WhatsApp Business access

Follow these steps in order — skipping ahead causes most onboarding issues

Do this first

Create a Meta Business Account You might need to complete this business.facebook.com
Sign in with your Facebook account and create a Business portfolio. Add your restaurant's legal name, address, and contact details exactly as they appear on your business registration documents.

Verify your Business Takes 2–7 days
Inside Meta Business Manager → go to Settings → Business Verification. Upload supporting documents:
  • Business registration certificate or GST certificate
  • Utility bill or bank statement showing business name and address
Meta reviews and approves. You cannot proceed to the developer portal without this step completed.

Create an App on Meta Developers Portal You might need to complete this developers.facebook.com
Once business is verified — go to the Developers Portal → My Apps → Create App → Business type. Link it to the Meta Business Account you just verified. Then add the WhatsApp product to the app.

Add & verify your phone number You might need to complete this
Inside your app → WhatsApp → Getting Started → Add phone number. Enter the dedicated number you prepared. Meta sends an OTP to verify it. This number must not be registered on regular WhatsApp — if it is, delete that account first.

Share access with Munafe Munafe handles the rest
Once steps 1–4 are done, fill the onboarding form below. Munafe connects to your WhatsApp app, sets up the menu bot, and configures your ordering flow. You'll be live within 24 hours of completing onboarding.
